Immersion is a department of the mission agency Latinoamerica al Mundo Mexico.

Immersion is designed to help the participants discover the will of God for their lives and give them experiences of which will help them make life decision as to how they should serve God. 

The Immersion experience is in three stages.

1. A 10 day intensive training that includes both class room and simulated field experiences.  It is designed to stretch the participants spiritually, teach them to work in a team, provide basic discipleship and understand the basics of missions.

2. A short cross cultural experience in Mexico.

3. A one month expedition to the 10/40 window.  

 Objectives

1. Help the participants understand Gods will for their lives

2. Discipleship for missionary candidates

3. Recruit long term missionaries

4. Support the work of field missionaries

5. Involve the Mexican church in cross cultural missions.
